At Blue Cedar Beef, we believe that the food on your table should come from farmers you know and trust.  We believe the beef should be ethically raised and treated with care every step of the way. We want to be your farmers and welcome you into our lives as you serve our beef on your tables.


Raising beef cattle has always been a passion of both Brendan and Elaine’s.  They produce beef and farm day in and day out because it’s a job they are proud of, that they wake up every day excited to start. 


Raising the beef is only half of their calling, though. The other half is the desire to provide consumers with safety and assurance in their food. To provide families with a sense of community and knowledge of where their food comes from.  Food brings people to the table and that is an important place to gather.
